Our task is to offer custom solutions for low-staffed or unstaffed manufacture. One ideal application is component handling between vacuum laminating and edge-folding technology of two subsequent process steps of interior components surface finishing.

Two robots handle the tasks of up to 6 staff. These are designed to form a harmonious unit with the machines and their fault-free operation and extremely short loading and unloading cycles are impressive.

Applications such as ASC riveting technology and the downstream processes such as anti-friction coating application and various assembly technologies are equally suited to automation
