The X-10 meets the highest US Federal Performance Specification for combination locks used to protect classified information.
Since the X-07 was approved in November of 1991, Kaba Mas has set the standard for combination locks used on US and other selected Governments’ safes and vault doors protecting National Security Information. There are more than 30,000 X-0 combination locks just in the US Pentagon.
The X-10, which meets the current updated federal specification, includes several security upgrades and several operational improvements.
The X-10 controls over 90% of the US market for this government product.
