The P5SS is a compact precision slide table which integrates the guidance to isolate the load from the movement. Operated by two cylinders mounted in parallel achieving increased thrust to profile ratio for accurate moving of loads on its mobile carriage or tapped front tool plate.
The P5SS is a pneumatic double acting slide table available in bore sizes Ø6, Ø8, Ø12, Ø16, Ø20 to Ø25mm. End stroke buffer cushioning is provided as standard but for heavier loads and increased cycle times optional hydraulic shock absorbers for bores Ø8 to Ø25mm allow for rapid safe positioning. With a magnetic piston as standard, optional sensors mounted in the integrated protected sensor grooves allows positional detection. Optional stroke adjusters cover millimeter increments between the standard strokes.
